Refund policy

At Butter, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. We offer a 3-day size exchange policy on all eligible items.

How it works:

• To request an exchange, please return the item within 3 days of delivery.

• The product must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags intact, and preferably in its original packaging.

• Items that are washed, worn, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted.

• Each item can be exchanged only once for a different size. Exchanges for a different style are not permitted.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Important Notes:

• We do not offer returns or refunds, only exchanges.

• We do not accept exchanges on last-chance items, sale pieces, or accessories/freebies.

• Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
